Thank you to all who were able to make it to the Open House at UMS last Thursday. We had an excellent turnout! I hope that you enjoyed being shown around our room by your child. I am very proud of their hard work so far in first grade. I know they are too!
I just had to share this. This is my older son, Will (he's just over two years old). He loves to come to our classroom. The whole family came to visit last Thursday evening, so that I would have a chance to see them before bedtime (it was Open House night). Will went right to the leveled book library under the loft, chose a book, and sat down in a chair to read. Just like a first grader! ;-)
