Healthy Habits--Wellness

Happy New Year!  Tomorrow I will be sending a letter home from our building wellness coordinators.  This year we are encouraging all students and adults to make healthy changes in their lives.  This may mean eating more fruits and vegetables, getting more exercise, or participating in activities that help release stress.  Each day we will keep a class tally chart of the foods we eat for snack.  Here's to a healthy and happy 2012!
