Story extenders

Today, students learned two ways to extend stories when they have more words to add--attaching pages to their booklets and using special "story extenders." This is simply attaching more lines to the page using tape. Good writers always go back and revise--and sometimes this means writing more! We are working hard on elaborating on stories we've already started and writing with great detail. Story extenders will help us do that!
